Join Our Community
Vale is a small team of Kashmiris who volunteer their time for this cause. We believe in transparency. Our program since its inception has been sustained entirely by the lesson fees we receive from students. We have not accepted any donations or sponsors of any kind, and we do not spend money on ads or paid collaborations. All of our team members volunteer their time, and our tutors are paid directly from student fees. We are committed to growing organically, ethically, and mindfully.
In the future, we plan to launch a "Sponsor a Student option", which will allow donors to receive progress reports and see the direct impact of any paid sponsorship. We plan to offer PDFs, self-paced e-courses and more. Our current goals are to make our program more sustainable and functional long-term and to expand our services. We would love to welcome more tutors to our team, as well as volunteers who can help with program operations and marketing. If this resonates with you, we would love to hear from you.

Our tutors are the heartbeat of this program. Tutors are paid for their time, set their own availability and are supported by our team. We provide a organized system where you can freelance from anywhere in the world. Our minimal fee covers basic processing fees, which we plan to reinvest into our program further.
What We Ask
  • Expert spoken and/or written Kashmiri fluency
  • Professionalism and a team playing attitude.
  • Patience, and a love of the Kashmiri language.
  • Willingness to complete our onboarding process.

Join our Marketing and Operations Team
We need passionate communicators, designers, and storytellers who want to amplify Kashmiri language preservation to wider audiences. Help us craft social media content, design flyers for community events, connect with cultural organizations, and align with linguistic experts and researchers. Even a few hours a month can make an impact in our visibility and growth.
